2. Services Provided

3. Booking and Availability

Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or email. We recommend booking in advance, as we are appointment-only. We reserve the right to refuse any bookings at our discretion.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand life can be unpredictable and cancellations may be necessary. However, to ensure the smooth running of our services, the following cancellation policy applies:

Massage Service Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation 1 hour before the appointment: No cancellation fee applies.
Cancellation within 1 hour of the appointment: £50 cancellation fee applies.
Cancellation after meeting the masseuse (during or after arrival): £50 cancellation fee applies.
Outcall bookings: £100 cancellation fee applies for cancellations within 1 hour of the appointment or after the masseuse has arrived.

High-Class Companion Cancellation Policy:

London Area Bookings:

Cancellation 48 hours before the appointment: No cancellation fee applies.
Cancellation within 48 to 24 hours of the appointment: £200 cancellation fee applies.
Cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment: 50% of total booking fee applies.
No-show or cancellation after the companion has arrived at the agreed location: Full payment for the scheduled time will be required.
Emergency cancellations or special circumstances: Whispers of Elegance will consider each case individually and may reduce the fee at its discretion.

International Bookings (Out of London):

Cancellation 7 days before the appointment: No cancellation fee applies.
Cancellation within 7 to 3 days of the appointment: £300 cancellation fee applies.
Cancellation within 72 hours of the appointment: 50% of total booking fee applies.
No-show or cancellation after arrival at the agreed location: Full payment for the scheduled time will be required.
Travel-related cancellations (flights, accommodation, etc.): If a booking is canceled after it has been confirmed, the client is responsible for covering any associated costs.

5. Payment and Pricing

All services provided by Whispers of Elegance are charged at the rates displayed on our website or as communicated to the client when booking. Prices for each massage type and experience can be found on the service page.

– Payment: All payments for services are due at the time of the appointment. Payment can be made as agreed.

– Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the price of the service but is appreciated for its excellent service.

6. Client Conduct

Clients must respect our companions and therapists. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate any session if the client engages in inappropriate behaviour, harassment or any actions that make the therapist feel unsafe or uncomfortable. Such behaviour includes but is not limited to:

– Unwelcome physical contact

– Inappropriate or offensive language

Clients should also respect the professional nature of the companion services. Companions are available solely for companionship and emotional connection, and any request for sexual services is prohibited.

Important Disclaimer: Any interaction, decision, or agreement between a client and a companion during the time booked with Whispers of Elegance is strictly the responsibility and choice of two consenting adults. Whispers of Elegance is not responsible for any actions, interactions, or engagements that may occur between clients and companions once the formal service has concluded. All such matters are independent of the professional services provided by our agency.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

Whispers of Elegance takes client privacy very seriously. All personal information provided during the booking process is confidential. We do not share or sell client information to third parties. Our therapists and staff are trained to maintain discretion and we uphold the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality.

We also request that clients respect our models’ and other clients’ privacy. Photography, video recording, or any form of recording during the session is strictly prohibited unless the model has given consent.

8. Health and Safety

Before the session, clients should inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies or sensitivities. All therapists are trained to provide professional services, but the client must disclose any health conditions that may affect the session.

9. Liability

We take every precaution to ensure your safety and comfort during your visit, but Whispers of Elegance is not liable for any injuries or adverse reactions resulting from our services. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept that you are partaking in the service at your own risk.

10. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to illness, accidents, weather conditions, or other emergencies, Whispers of Elegance reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments without liability. Clients will be notified as soon as possible, and we will work to reschedule the service at a mutually convenient time.
