1. What services does Whispers of Elegance offer?

At Whispers of Elegance we offer high-class companionship and professional massage therapy. Services include tantric, nuru, deep tissue, and body-to-body techniques to help you relax and rejuvenate.

2. How do I book a session?

To book a session simply contact us through our website or phone number. Our team will help you choose the right companion or masseuse and arrange the details of your appointment.

To make the booking process as smooth as possible, we will need the following information:

1. Your Full Name: To confirm your identity and have a personalised experience.
2. Preferred Companion or Masseuse: Please let us know if you have a specific choice. If you’re unsure, we can help you find the perfect match.
3. Preferred Date and Time: Please let us know your ideal time, and we will do our best to find one that works for you.
4. Location: In-call or outcall? Please provide the address or area.
5. Duration of the Booking: How long would you like to book the service?
6. Special Requests or Preferences: Do you have any special requests for the session? Let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Important Information for First-Time Clients:

For first-time clients booking in-call, we require full payment upfront to our bank account to confirm the booking. This is to ensure security for both parties and to avoid time wasters. Once payment is received, we will confirm your booking and provide full details.

After the initial booking, you can book future sessions with more flexibility on payment methods.

3. What can I expect during a session?

You can expect a relaxing and intimate experience tailored to your preferences during your session. Our companions and masseuses are trained to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere so you feel comfortable and valued throughout your time with us.

4. How do you ensure the privacy and discretion of your clients?

We prioritise the privacy and discretion of our clients above all else. Our agency operates with strict confidentiality protocols; all interactions are respectful and private. 

5. Can I see photos of the companions and masseuses?

Yes! We have a gallery for our ladies with selfies, audio clips, and videos. The audio clip is available at the top right side of each model page. These give you an accurate representation of each companion’s looks so you can feel connected even before you meet.

6. What is your cancellation policy?

Massage Service Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation 1 hour before the appointment: No cancellation fee.
• Cancellation within 1 hour of the appointment: £50 cancellation fee.
• Cancellation after meeting the masseuse (during or after arrival): £50 cancellation fee.
• Outcall bookings: £100 cancellation fee for cancellations within 1 hour of the appointment or after the masseuse has arrived.

High-Class Companion Cancellation Policy:

London Area Bookings:

• Cancellation 48 hours before the appointment: No cancellation fee.
• Cancellation within 48 to 24 hours of the appointment: £200 cancellation fee.
• Cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment: 50% of the total booking fee.
• No-show or cancellation after the companion has arrived at the agreed location: Full payment for the scheduled time.
• Emergency cancellations or extraordinary circumstances: Whispers of Elegance will consider each case individually and may reduce the fee at its discretion.

International Bookings (Out of London):

• Cancellation 7 days before the appointment: No cancellation fee.
• Cancellation within 7 to 3 days of the appointment: £300 cancellation fee.
• Cancellation within 72 hours of the appointment: 50% of the total booking fee.
• No-show or cancellation after arrival at the agreed location: Full payment for the scheduled time.
• Travel-related cancellations (flights, accommodation, etc.): If a cancellation occurs after bookings have been confirmed, the client is responsible for any associated costs.

7. How do you select your companions and masseuses?

Our masseuses undergo face-to-face interviews; we don’t choose our ladies online. We meet them in person to get to know them, select them based on their kindness, friendly personality, professionalism, honesty, natural beauty and education.

8. Are your services for all clients?

Our services are perfect for clients looking for a GFE (Girlfriend Experience) connection, whether you book a massage or companionship.

9. What don’t you offer?

We only offer massages and companionship. As a GFE-branded agency, we don’t provide services related to fetish, BDSM, dark tantric practices or any other adult entertainment that falls outside our core services.

10. Where are you based?

Our companions and masseuses are based in the most luxurious areas of London: West End, Knightsbridge, Marylebone, Mayfair, South Kensington and Chelsea. We add new locations based on our ladies’ availability.

11. Are your ladies independent?

They are self-employed, choose their hours, and can turn away a booking if they don’t feel comfortable. Our ladies represent and uphold our agency’s brand and standards, so they work with us.

12. Do you offer Incall services?

Our companions are available for both incall and outcall services, either visit them at their location or have them visit you. Some companions may offer outcall only, while others may offer both incall and outcall services depending on their preference.

Similarly, our masseuses may offer outcall only or have both incall and outcall options available depending on their preferences.

13. Where is the massage performed?

Massages are performed on a massage bed to ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience. However, some of our masseuses may prefer to perform their massages on a traditional table or offer a combination, with the first part of the session on the table and the remainder on the massage bed.

14. Are your companions available for international travels?

Some are available for international travel based on our companions’ preferences.

15. How much notice should I give you to make a booking?

We will always try accommodating last-minute requests, but we can’t guarantee models’ availability. The more notice you give, the better we can ensure a smooth and personalised experience.
